By using Tamlil ("the service"), you agree to these terms.

The Service

Tamlil transcribes voice messages you send via WhatsApp. You purchase minutes in advance, and minutes are deducted based on audio duration.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the service for illegal purposes
• Send audio containing illegal content
• Abuse or overload the service
• Attempt to circumvent billing

Payments & Refunds

• Minutes are prepaid and non-refundable once used
• Unused minutes do not currently expire; however, we reserve the right to expire unused minutes after 1 year of account inactivity
• We reserve the right to discontinue the service with 30 days notice
• Refund requests for unused minutes may be considered on a case-by-case basis

Accuracy

Transcription is provided by AI and may contain errors. We do not guarantee 100% accuracy. The service is provided "as is".

Liability

We are not liable for:

• Transcription errors or inaccuracies
• Service interruptions or downtime
• Any damages arising from use of the service

Our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service.

Termination

We may terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may stop using the service at any time.

Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
