Tamlil ("we", "our", "the service") is a WhatsApp-based voice transcription service. This policy explains what data we collect and how we use it.

Data We Collect

• Phone number - Your WhatsApp phone number, used to identify your account
• Voice messages - Audio you send for transcription (processed and deleted immediately)
• Transaction history - Records of minutes purchased and used
• Payment info - Handled by PayPal; we only receive confirmation of payment, not card details

How We Use Your Data

• Transcribe your voice messages using OpenAI Whisper
• Track your minute balance
• Send you transcriptions and service messages via WhatsApp

Third-Party Services

We use the following services to operate:

• OpenAI - For voice transcription (audio is sent to their API)
• Twilio - For WhatsApp messaging
• PayPal - For payment processing
• Render - For hosting

Each service has its own privacy policy. Audio sent to OpenAI is processed according to their privacy policy.

Data Retention

• Voice messages - Deleted immediately after transcription
• Phone number & transactions - Retained while your account is active

Your Rights

You can request deletion of your data by contacting us. We will remove your account and transaction history.
